The 926th Wing is primarily located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Operating through a model of total force integration, our reservists work side-by-side with active-duty counterparts to deliver seamless combat power and support. The 926 Wing Diamond Council serves as a vital backbone for over 1,000 Airmen across multiple groups and geographically separated units, ensuring those in both operations and mission support roles.

The 926th Wing Diamond Council operates in strategic partnership with the Military & Family Readiness Center (MFRC) and the Yellow Ribbon Program, assisting with comprehensive deployment support for Airmen and their families before, during, and after deployments. Yellow Ribbon Partnership
The Yellow Ribbon Program integrates with MFRC services to serve as the structural framework for our force. We provide official training and administrative oversight, ensuring families are informed and mission-ready through preparation, sustainment, and reintegration support.
Heart & Full Support
The Diamond Council provides the heart and funding that official budgets cannot reach. We ensure Key Spouses have the direct support necessary to care for families during deployments, bridging the gap to ensure true wellbeing for our 926th Wing households.
Innovative Fitness & Readiness
Fitness is a requirement, but at the 926th Wing, a one-size-fits-all approach does not work for citizen Airmen. The Diamond Council champions innovative fitness initiatives to support a diverse force, including shift workers and those balancing civilian careers, by helping provide 24/7 accessible fitness resources, modular workout options, and wellness challenges that fit non-traditional schedules.
The Council equips members to remain mission-ready at all times, both in and out of status, ensuring they are always prepared and capable.
Our Affiliations
The 926th Wing Diamond Council is an independent private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We maintain key affiliations with nonprofit partners across the Las Vegas area and offer support to every component of our military; however, we operate as a separate entity. our focus is dedicated to the morale, welfare, and emergency assistance needs of the members of the 926th Wing and their families, ensuring mission-focused resilience at all levels.
